This Privacy Policy explains how Peepalytics AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of individuals who use the Demsee platform ("you", "your").

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of personal data from Authorised Users (business owners, managers, and staff who access the Platform):
Account registration data: your name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number provided during account setup.
Usage data: information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages viewed, features used, session duration, device type, browser type, and IP address.
Billing data: payment and billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of payment status and billing history from Stripe.
WhatsApp contact data: your WhatsApp number and message content used for onboarding, customer support, daily briefs, and platform notifications.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) to operate, maintain, and provide the Platform and its features;
(b) to provide customer support and respond to your enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other channels;
(c) to send service communications, including platform updates, maintenance notices, security alerts, and billing notifications;
(d) to improve the Platform, including through anonymised usage analytics and performance monitoring; and
(e) to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.
4. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We share your personal data with the following third-party processors who assist us in operating the Platform:
Stripe: processes payments and billing on our behalf. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
Meta/WhatsApp: provides the WhatsApp Business API through which we communicate with you. WhatsApp's privacy policy governs their handling of your messaging data.
Hosting provider: provides the cloud infrastructure on which the Platform operates. Our hosting provider processes data in accordance with our instructions and under appropriate data processing agreements.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
(a) the right to access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
(b) the right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
(c) the right to request erasure of your personal data;
(d) the right to restrict processing of your personal data;
(e) the right to data portability; and
(f) the right to object to processing of your personal data.

6. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform services. Following termination of your account, we retain your account registration data for a period of 60 days to facilitate data export and account recovery.
After 60 days, your personal data is permanently deleted in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data that does not identify you for analytical and benchmarking purposes indefinitely.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
